Evaluation programmes are designed with you, and have a leadership development element. Whilst creating capacity for leaders, we also see this as an opportunity to develop leaders in conducting robust evaluative processes. Your leaders will work with me, taking ownership of the process and ensuring sustainable outcomes.
Together, we can design an independent evaluation programme that will provide evidence of progress, publish an evaluation report, and suggest next steps.
