Through a team coaching approach, observation, and tailored learning and development, we will work with the Team Leader and colleagues to address your improvement priorities. The focus will be on vision, values, and collaborative improvement strategies. Whilst the offer will be bespoke to the organisation, this may include:
- Management Drives
team profiling
- two days working with and observing the team
- two half day/twilight sessions for the team members
- Ongoing support for the team leader
- Full report and follow-up evaluation of impact
